Workplace Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Bullying
This procedure outlines how Enter Closer will deal with a complaint regarding discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, vilification or victimisation.
Enter Closer encourages any worker, artist, producer or client (collectively referred to in this document as “workers”) who believes they have been subjected to or have witnessed a worker being subjected to discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment or bullying to report the behaviour to one of the below representatives:

Enter Closer will usually deal with a complaint regarding discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment or bullying in accordance with this procedure. However, where it is considered appropriate to do so, Enter Closer may deal with the complaint in an alternative way, in order to resolve the complaint in a confidential, efficient and sensitive manner. In those circumstances, Enter Closer will provide details of the process for dealing with the complaint that is fair procedurally.
This procedure applies to all workers engaged by Enter Closer, artists, producers and clients; which includes, but is not limited to:
All workers, artists, producers and clients must comply with the procedures set out in this document, which may be amended from time to time. While all workers, artists, producers and clients are required to comply with these procedures, these procedures are not incorporated as a term of any worker's contract and do not create any rights enforceable by a worker against Enter Closer.
This procedure extends to every associated entity of Enter Closer within the meaning of section 50AAA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
